Product Details

We have successfully developed an advanced multi-station path planning and seamless multi-point printing process for a large and complex curved building covering an area of 285.6㎡. This innovation effectively addresses the technical challenges posed by the 1.6m height difference between indoor and outdoor workspaces, which often leads to congestion and difficulties in high-altitude printing. Our solution ensures that the global positioning accuracy of the equipment reaches ±1mm, while the global component printing precision achieves ±2mm. Notably, we have accomplished the first in-situ efficient and precise formation of walls with curvature ranging from 1.3 to 1.8, an inclination angle of 2°, and an impressive height of 5.6m. This groundbreaking achievement sets a new standard in the industry, showcasing our commitment to pushing the boundaries of construction technology.
